Pericom's TeemTalk supports Kermit in addition to X/Y Modem, among others.
It supports Winsock, several proprietary stacks (PC NFS, Novell, DEC, etc)
it has VT320/340, HP2622/2393, Tek (some version do though 4014, others
through 4211), DG D200, Viewdata, Westward 3220, VT640 and there is also an
X server version. In regular terminal emulation it also supports direct
serial connection.
I evaluated it and it performed quite well, only stumbling block being that
while it supports several of the VT420 features, it didn't support the one I
needed (namely downloading the complete font set from the host). Other than
that it wokred like a charm...
